PAYMENT CHARGES :

Please note, payments via credit card / debit cards and PayPal incur a 2.9% PayPal transaction charge.

Direct bank transfers incur a $15.00 charge per transaction.

Checks are only acceptable from US / Canadian / UK reseidents only and incur no transaction charges. In addition, a minimum of two weeks before the first day of the reservation must remain for the check to be delivered and processed, otherwise checks payments will not be accepted.

Research shows 3 out of 4 travelers prefer to pay a small Property Damage Protection fee rather than a larger refundable damage deposit. This feature is now made available via the Homeaway Property Damage Protection faciltity as serviced by CSA Travel Insurance. Coverage starts from $39.00 per reservation. The fee of $39.00 is non refundable and replaces the need for a $250.00 refundable security & breakage deposit.
